Ingrid Bergman (not the actress) but the Massage Therapist on Viegues Island off the coast of PR gave us each an hour massage!

My wife & I feel that Ingrid is among the 10 best Massage Therapist in our world. We have spent many months in Thailand, the Philippines. India & the Caribbean & enjoyed massages from some of the bests.

I have 3 disintegrated lower discs, the muscles along both sides of my spine spasm along with my shoulder muscles. In one hour Ingrid relived the spasms & the tension.

My wife had an injured hip, with plenty of tension, pain & hot spots. Ingrid’s strength & manipulations of my wife’s muscles left her with a bit of discomfort–BUT–The next morning all of her pain & discomfort was gone, and she felt great!

We highly recommend Ingrid. Our massage session was the highlight of our trip to the Island of Vieques PR to help cure (at least temporally ) our aches, pains & tensions.

Who knows a massage once or twice a month might cure ALL of life’s minor problems !????
